Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Once the order is placed successfully, we ship the order via express courier service.

 Currently we don't charge extra for shipping as due to COVID-19 our supply chain is impacted and taking longer then expected.

How long will delivery take?

For Personalised products it may take upto 7-10 Business days to get your product delivered.

For Mandala Products and other products it will be delivered in 4-10 Business Days.

You will be provided a tracking number as soon as your order is Dispatched.

How can I make changes to my order?

Simply send us an email within 12 hours. Please don’t forget to provide your order number! If you want to modify your design, add the URL or name of the new design as well. Please keep in mind that after you’ve accepted a personalised order’s Digital Copy, no changes may be made.

If you need to update your shipping address after you’ve placed your order, you’ll need to provide a new address and phone number. (After an order has been dispatched, no changes in the address are allowed.)

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Our shipments go through strict quality control steps before leaving our warehouse, but there is a chance that the goods may be damaged during transit. We strongly advise you not to accept a shipment box that has been opened, tampered with, leaked, or has been damaged, since returns will not be accepted in these situations. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if you receive the incorrect product, you can arrange a return/refund by following a few simple steps.

Step 1: Go to the Contact Us page and submit a return request for the order you’re unhappy with within 15 days of receiving it.

Step 2: Select the reason for your return request, and we’ll replace or refund any damaged or incorrect products in your order.

Step 3: In the event that the wrong product is shipped, we will only begin the refund or replacement process if the products are received unused and in their original packing, with all seals and labels intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. A refund for COD orders will be done only in the bank account .(if Bank details are not provided at the end of the 5th day, the CoD amount will be automatically transfered to Endmill Kalakruti coupon which can be redeemed in your future purchase).

Can I change or cancel my order?

We admit that seeing an order cancelled is disappointing 🙁

Before cancelling your order, please keep in mind that you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first. It’s too late to cancel an order if you’ve already received a Shipping Confirmation email from us and in that case order cancellation is not possible.

Where can I get a latest promo codes and offers?

Promo codes from Woodmart can be found in our Whatsapp/email newsletters. We will periodically tell you about our offers and promo codes if you subscribe to our newsletter. Please read the terms and conditions before using any of our discount codes, as they may differ. Woodmart does not endorse or manage promotional codes available on money-saving websites such as coupon sites or forums. They may be invalid or expired. We therefore cannot authorise discounts under these circumstances.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once the order is confirmed you will receive the invoice in your registered email. A printed copy of invoice will be provided within Box.

Can I apply 2 promo codes on the same order?

You may only use one coupon or promo code per order at this time.
